• First you should know...I love being a State Farm Agent because I truly love helping people! Prior to State Farm I worked in non-profit management and this is central to my desire to give back and serve. Since joining State Farm® in 2004 after finishing law and business school at Loyola University School of Law and Business in Chicago..I've loved every minute of sharing my knowledge to assist those I serve and help others! Since joining State Farm, I've had the great honor to serve in many roles, but being your agent is by far my favorite because I genuinely love helping people!

• As a proud entrepreneur, I know what it takes to protect individuals, families and business owners alike. Our experienced team has more than 50+ collective years of insurance and financial services experience to help you make informed decisions so you protect yourself and assets.

• My favorite job of all is being a mom. I am mom to four awesome young men. They are my inspiration in life and help me understand and appreciate all that is important in life. I am also a proud wife to Michael, who uses his 25+ years of experience in insurance and financial services as part of our Hope Dream team.

• Life and experience has taught me just how valuable having the right protection is. Our full-service insurance and financial services, bilingual in Spanish (Hablamos Espanol) agency helps Texans throughout the entire state live confidently.

• Our knowledgeable team provides insurance protection for everything from homes, businesses, renters and autos to life insurance, disabilities and financial services. Our goal is to educate and deliver 5 star service while making insurance easy and simple with access to all the available discounts.

Each year we donate over $10K to our community because we firmly believe in giving back and look forward to helping to develop our community. We sponsor a $500 annual scholarship for the Grapevine Colleyville Education Foundation, support and honor the great work of the Grace Gala, Viola's House and sponsor scholarships through the Mani Adams Jr. Legacy Foundation, which Jocelyn founded in honor of her late son, Mani Jr. Jocelyn believes we are stronger together, education is key and applies these principles to her 5 star service standards for those she and her team serve.

Jocelyn's background:

Prior to joining State Farm, Jocelyn held leadership positions with Fortune 50 retail giant, The Home Depot, Inc. and in non-profit with the National Black MBA Association. At her core, Jocelyn cares deeply for people and loves to help them protect all they've work so hard to acquire in life. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chicago State University, a JD/MBA from the Loyola University School of Law and Graduate School of Business. Jocelyn also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and ChFC designations.

Jocelyn has a heart to give back. She is a strong advocate for higher education and serves as the President and Founder of The Mani Adams Jr. Legacy Foundation which provides scholarships to undergraduate business students in need. The Hope Agency provides an annual scholarship for a graduating senior from Grapevine and Colleyville High schools. Jocelyn is a proud supporter of local community organizations like Grace in Grapevine, Viola's House and The Volunteer Police in Grapevine. In addition, on a national level she supports many organizations such as The American Heart Association, The American Cancer Society

She is the proud wife of Michael Reid, ChFC, CLU, RICP who leads the Hope Team Financial Services unit and a proud mom to four amazing sons...who are the light of her life.
