"My family has been using this office for years, yet when I called in with a request and a simple question, I received the nastiest service ever and attitude about it being after 5pm (it wasn’t). The woman didn’t tell me her name but did say that she was on the Sales team and annoyed that the call routed to her instead of the Service team, so she started out testy and pissed off. I recently bought a house and forgot to cancel my renters insurance, so I simply asked if that could be cancelled. She sighed and complained and said fine. Then I asked a follow up question regarding whether there were any other policies I needed to check on, and she cut me off and told me I was being rude and refused to answer. I can’t imagine ever being this hateful and rude to a complete stranger - definitely not as someone allegedly in Sales."
